Calendar View

A board shows what's in progress. A calendar shows what's due. My First Task's calendar pulls due dates from every project you're part of into one view.

How It Works

01

Open the calendar

Every task with a due date, from every project you have access to, appears on the day it's due.

02

Click through to the task

Select any date's task to open it directly — no need to hunt through the originating project's board.

03

Spot clustering before it's a problem

A day with too many due dates is visible at a glance, well before it becomes an overloaded afternoon.

Why It Matters

Removes the need to check five different project boards to know what's due this week
Makes deadline clustering visible early enough to actually redistribute work
Works for a single person's personal tasks and a team's shared projects the same way
Complements, rather than replaces, the board — both views read from the same tasks

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the calendar show tasks without a due date?

No — the calendar view is built around due dates; undated tasks stay on the board where they belong.

Can I see just one project's tasks on the calendar?

Yes — filter the calendar down to a single project when you don't need the full cross-project view.

Does the calendar sync with Google Calendar or Outlook?

Not currently — the calendar view lives inside My First Task itself.
